Matthew Dimech Genuis
Biography
Matthew is 20 years old and ever since he was young he always showed an interest in drama. His first drama in which he featured as a main character was the drama Mrar, where he worked with various established actors. His most recent experience was a Studio 18 production, named Flushed. Among many other works, Matthew, throughout his career, has worked on Maltese teledramas such as Iċ-Ċaqqufa, Rajt ma Rajtx, Grammi, Rifless and Il-Patt. He has also worked in short films, such as Buddy Bear and The Maltese Fighter. Another interesting character he played while working with ŻiguŻajg, was the main one of Żepp in Ineż Kienet Perf(etta) and this year he will be experiencing Manoel Theatre for the first time through the production Ma Kuraġġ u Wliedha, which will be a challenge and another memorable experience in his theatrical career.
