Trikki Trakki is back!

Malta’s only festival for young people by young people is ready for another successful season, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

If selected, your school will be one of the 6 lucky groups to work with some of Malta’s most exciting theatre directors to create a public performance! You’ll also participate in a number of industry workshops with some pretty cool industry professionals.

4. Kindly provide a confirmation of the following by ticking the boxes required:

That the school will collect consent forms from participating students’ parents/guardians - including confirmation of support of the performances on Saturday 12.04.25 and Sunday 13.04.25 where parents/guardians are to provide transport to and from the venue.That the school is aware of all the commitments involved in the project, as detailed in the application form booklet.That the school is fully responsible for the health and safety of their students at all times during the Trikki Trakki festival.That students will attend the theatre arts workshops at M Space in Msida on Tuesday 19th November (19.11.24) and Thursday 21st November (21.11.24) between 9.30am and 1pm.

5. Kindly attach a copy of your school calendar, which should include any holidays, exams, tests, staff training days, performances, and other activities when students and teachers would not be available.

6. Kindly describe your method for selecting your students. (No more than 50-100 words)

7. The number of students involved. (Groups should be between 15-20 students.)

8. A cover letter of 100-150 words outlining why your school would like to form part of the project.

9. Kindly provide a proposed timetable for rehearsals and workshops. You can find more information about this in the application form information booklet. And example of the proposed timetable can be found below:

2 x 1.5-hour orientation workshops (refer to ‘Orientation Workshops’ section);
15 - 20 hours for rehearsals (with rehearsals of a minimum of 1.5 hours - these
can take place during or after school hours)
