Jayden Lee Micallef
Biography
Jayden Lee Micallef was born in 2009 and showed a passion for music and the theatre world from a young age. He was only five years old when began to attend ‘Stagecoach Theatre Arts School’, a local school where children and young adults learn three of the disciplines of performance art which are: singing, drama and dancing. Jayden also attends vocal lessons with Tiziana Valleja where he undertakes vocal training. Jayden took part in a variety of local festivals where he has come in first or second place, as in the case of the Maltese Islands Festival. Jayden achieved the highest grade in the Trinity College London ordinary level six exams in musical theatre. At the moment, Jayden has recently commenced his studies to obtain the next step in his performance art education, the intermediate level exam. As of late, Jayden is also involved in a project with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra in collaboration with the Minsitry of Education and local libraries, where he is interpreting the part of Strauss. The programme is being broadcast on local news stations. Jayden’s dream is that he gains success in this career which he holds so close to his heart.
